Job Purpose
To plan and execute marketing activities that drive participant recruitment and brand awareness for HYBE INDIA’s core business, the All-India Audition Campaign. Furthermore, the role involves leading the successful launch marketing for new artists discovered through the audition process. This position directly contributes to securing new IP and market settlement by managing both the marketing and the on-site planning and operations of the auditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Audition Campaign Marketing Execution: Develop monthly/weekly Execution Plans (Action Plans) for the audition campaign and oversee campaign implementation across all digital and offline channels.
- On-site Audition Planning & Operations Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end planning and operation of on-site auditions, including venue selection, event design, creating operational manuals, and coordinating with the local team and external partners to ensure a seamless and professional audition process.
- Performance Measurement & Optimization: Track participant data, conduct performance measurement (KPIs) and analysis, and continuously optimize campaign tactics to increase efficiency.
- New Artist Launch Marketing Leadership: Plan and execute the marketing strategies for the debut and initial activities of new Indian artists (scouted through auditions or newly contracted).
- Creative & Budget Management: Manage the production of various channel-specific marketing creatives for both auditions and new artists, and efficiently manage the campaign budget.
Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in marketing campaign planning and execution (experience in mass participation campaigns or artist/product launch marketing is preferred).
- Operational Expertise: Mandatory experience in planning, executing, operating, and managing partners for large-scale on-site events (auditions, conferences, promotions, etc.).
- Practical Skills: High proficiency and practical experience with digital marketing tools and SNS platforms.
- Understanding: Keen interest in and understanding of the new artist development and launch processes within the Indian entertainment market.
- Language: Business-level fluency in English (verbal and written).
- Competencies: Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and strong execution capability.
