Job ​Purpose

To spearhead the successful ​branding ​and promotion ​of HYBE INDIA's ​core business ​initiatives, ​specifically the ​Pan-India ​Audition ​Campaign, and to ​oversee ​the PR and ​marketing ​activities ​for HYBE artists ​in the ​Indian ​market, maximizing ​the HYBE ​brand's ​influence and market ​share in ​India.


Key Responsibilities

1. Pan-India Audition Campaign Lead

  • Campaign Branding & Positioning: Establish the unique brand identity for the Pan-India Audition Campaign, defining and localizing core messaging and tone of voice tailored to the target audience (potential applicants, media, and general public).
  • Integrated Marketing & Promotion Planning: Plan and execute Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) strategies across ATL/BTL, digital, social media, and media relations throughout all phases of the audition.
  • Campaign Operations Oversight: Supervise the on-the-ground execution and partner collaborations for the audition campaign, taking overall responsibility for Project Management to ensure successful campaign delivery.

2. Artist PR & Marketing Promotion

  • Artist Local PR Strategy: Design and implement strategic PR campaigns aimed at boosting the awareness and preference of HYBE artists in the Indian market.
  • Media and Influencer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key press, media outlets, leading influencers, and influential partners across India to maximize artist exposure.
  • Promotional Content Localization: Develop strategies for localizing and distributing artist-related content (MVs, promotional videos, social media assets) to resonate with Indian cultural sensibilities.

3. Global HQ Liaison & Strategic Coordination

  • Communication with HQ: Work closely with the Marketing and PR departments at the Korean Headquarters (HQ) to effectively apply global campaign guidelines to the Indian market and communicate the specific nuances of the Indian market back to HQ.
  • Culture and Trend Analysis: Lead in-depth research into the latest trends, consumer behavior, and cultural sensitivities within the Indian entertainment market, and incorporate these findings into branding and promotion strategies.


Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing large-scale campaigns in brand marketing, PR, or the entertainment/youth lifestyle sectors (Experience with audition programs or mass participation campaigns is preferred).
  • Deep understanding of ATL/BTL, digital media, and social media marketing, coupled with proven success in project management and execution.
  • Extensive understanding of the Indian media ecosystem and a strong network of media contacts.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills and proven cross-cultural communication abilities.
  • Business-level fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory, and a strong writing portfolio is required.
  • Self-driven, highly culturally intuitive, and a strategic leader.
