Job Purpose
To bridge the gap between brand objectives and audience needs by crafting a high-impact New Media ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Holistic Strategy Development: Ability to lead the entire process from new media strategy formulation to hands-on execution, ensuring alignment with the latest digital trends and audience behaviors.
- Audience Intelligence: Conduct rigorous analysis of target demographic behaviors, consumption patterns, and sentiment to inform data-driven content strategies.
- Trend Synthesis: Monitor global digital shifts, emerging platforms, and technological advancements (e.g., AI integration, decentralized media) to maintain a first-mover advantage.
- End-to-End Campaign Management: Oversee the lifecycle of digital initiatives from conceptualization and asset production to deployment and real-time optimization.
- Platform Governance: Manage and refine the brand’s presence across all relevant social, professional, and emerging networks, ensuring adherence to rigorous brand guidelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing management, with a demonstrable portfolio of high-performing new media campaigns.
- Track record in managing youth-facing brands or entertainment IPs is highly preferred
- Passionate about fandom culture, music, and internet trends
- Skilled in tools like Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics
