Job Purpose
To create high-impact visual assets and multimedia content that resonate with the Indian audience, supporting HYBE INDIA’s branding, artist promotions, and local audition campaigns through innovative design and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
1. Visual Identity & Graphic Design
- Local Content Creation: Design a wide range of digital and print assets, including social media posts (Instagram, X, Snapchat), web banners, and offline promotional materials tailored to Indian cultural sensibilities.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all localized designs adhere to HYBE HQ’s global brand guidelines while maintaining local relevance.
2. Multimedia Content Production (Photo & Video)
- Post-Production: Execute high-quality photo retouching and video editing, specifically focusing on short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts) to drive engagement.
- Motion Graphics: Create basic motion graphics and animated assets to enhance the visual appeal of digital campaigns.
3. Campaign Support & Asset Management
- Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Lead to develop visual concepts for the Pan-India Audition and artist launches.
- Asset Archiving: Systematically manage and archive all creative raw files and final assets for seamless HQ-India collaboration.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design and multimedia production (Experience in the entertainment, music, or advertising agency sector in India is highly preferred).
- Technical Skills: * Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong skills in color grading, typography, and layout design.
- Portfolio (Mandatory): A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating a mix of static design and video editing/motion graphics is required.
- Residency: Must be a current resident of Mumbai.
- Language: Business-level fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is a plus for localization accuracy.
- Task Performance: A brief design task (Case Study Assessment) may be requested during the process to evaluate practical skills.
