Job Purpose
The A&R Manager oversees short- and long-term creative production projects related to artists’ core content—music, performance, visual assets, and other creative outputs—based on HYBE India’s policies, principles, and workflows. You will manage timelines, quality checks and budgets across all project phases, ensuring smooth execution and proactive issue resolution.
This role requires close coordination with internal teams and external partners to define roles, responsibilities, and work scopes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze artist/project concepts and requirements to establish execution plans for core content production
- Lead milestone planning, budget management, R&R definition, workflow planning, and risk management for Creative projects
- Report progress and key decisions to leadership and share updates with relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
- Coordinate workflows with internal teams and manage partnerships and contracts with external vendors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Strong English communication skills (required); Korean language proficiency is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning/management with strong execution capability
- Experience planning, managing, and delivering projects with internal and external creative organizations
- Respectful and collaborative mindset toward working with creative experts
- Balanced understanding of creative work and structured, logical thinking
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the global music industry or prior work in A&R is highly preferred
- Collaboration and project leadership experience involving creators and diverse stakeholders
- Experience in creative content planning/production or content strategy
- Experience in advertising, media production, or relevant fields
- Ability to prepare strategic documents and communicate with leadership
