Job ​Purpose

 To take full charge ​of ​the public ​relations (PR) activities ​for HYBE ​INDIA's ​corporate image, ​the ​All-India ​Audition Campaign, and ​its ​affiliated artists. The ​role ​is ​responsible for establishing ​and maintaining ​a ​positive brand ​reputation within ​the ​Indian media landscape.


Key ​Responsibilities

  • Media Relations ​& Network: Build and maintain networks with key media outlets and journalists across India, fostering strong, favorable relationships.
  • PR Content Creation & Distribution: Directly draft and distribute core PR content, including press releases, official statements, and executive interview materials.
  • Media Event Planning: Plan and execute media events related to the audition campaign and artists, managing press exposure and attendance.
  • Crisis Communication: In the event of a crisis communication situation, collaborate with the team leader to implement initial response strategies and protect the brand's reputation.


Requirements

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in media relations, corporate PR, or at a PR agency (experience in the entertainment or technology industry is preferred).
  • Practical Skills: Strong writing and editing proficiency (a portfolio of press releases is mandatory).
  • Understanding: Deep understanding of the Indian media environment, journalistic practices, and press relations.
  • Language: Business-level fluency in English (verbal and written).
  • Competencies: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, high ethical standards, and discretion.
