Job Purpose

 To ​source, evaluate, and manage ​high-potential ​trainees and ​future idols from ​across India, ​designing ​a structured ​talent ​funnel ​and ensuring holistic ​growth.


Key ​Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute ​online ​& ​offline casting events ​(open auditions, ​campus ​tours, scouting ​partnerships)
  • Develop scouting ​partnerships ​with talent agencies, ​influencer houses, ​local dance/vocal academies, and TV networks
  • Curate and maintain a dynamic database of qualified young talent (age, category, region, skills)
  • Collaborate with HQ on trainee standards, selection process, and on-boarding protocols
  • Design and operate trainee curriculum: vocal, dance, language, media training
  • Oversee training facility setup, staff recruitment (trainers, caretakers), and daily operations
  • Lead monthly evaluation processes and develop progress dashboards
  • Implement protocols for emotional well-being, safety, and mentorship
  • Support legal documentation and communication with parents/guardians


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in entertainment casting, youth talent development, or performance arts education
  • Strong network in India’s talent ecosystem (TV, influencers, performing arts)
  • Proven project management and people coordination skills
  • Deep understanding of idol training systems (K-pop or local equivalents)
  • Empathy, discretion, and ability to manage minors with care
  • Excellent English communication
