Job Purpose
- To directly support the C-Level Executives (C-Suite) of HYBE INDIA, manage seamless operational communications and business execution tasks between the Korean Headquarters (HQ) and the India branch, serving as a critical coordinator and operational support function to achieve key business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Alignment & HQ Coordination
- HQ Operational Communication Management: Serve as the executive proxy to lead and manage all communications with working-level teams at the Korean Headquarters (HQ), efficiently controlling the flow of operational directives, data requests, and status reports.
- Bilingual Operational Documentation: Flawlessly translate and review daily/weekly operational reports, data sheets, internal guidelines, and other business documents (Korean-English and vice-versa), ensuring strategic intent and clarity at the execution level.
- Cross-Functional Operations Handling: Directly manage and coordinate key operational initiatives and cross-functional processes within the India branch stemming from HQ directives, proactively resolving bottlenecks and risks during the execution phase.
2. Business Execution and Operational Efficiency
- Execution Support: Ensure that C-Level decisions are accurately relayed and functionally executed by relevant business departments, closely monitoring the progress of working teams and compiling operational reports.
- C-Level Support and Interpretation: Attend C-Level meetings and discussions to provide real-time interpretation support, ensuring smooth communication required for business operations.
- Operational Analysis Support: Collect and analyze practical business data related to local partnerships, supply chains, and operational processes in India to support executive decisions aimed at improving operational efficiency.
3. Office Management and Confidentiality
- Executive Scheduling & Administration: Comprehensively manage the C-Level Executives' complex schedules, travel arrangements, meeting preparations (including agenda setting), and overall administrative tasks.
- High Confidentiality: Handle all operational and management documents, meeting discussions, and sensitive information with the utmost level of confidentiality and discretion.
Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Near-Native/Professional Fluency in both Korean and English (written, spoken, and real-time interpretation) is mandatory.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in operational management, project coordination, or an Executive Assistant/Operational Chief of Staff role supporting C-Level executives (Experience in Korean conglomerates or multinational entertainment/tech firms is a strong plus).
- Residency Requirement: Must be a current resident of Mumbai with a deep understanding of local Indian business practices, culture, and regulatory environment.
- Competencies:
- Exceptional organizational skills and detail-oriented problem-solving ability to systematize and manage complex operational processes effectively.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to drive collaboration between working-level staff and executives.
- High execution capability and resilience to manage a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in MS Office Suite (particularly Excel for data management and PowerPoint).
