Job Purpose
To create high-impact visual assets and multimedia content that resonate with the Indian audience, supporting HYBE INDIA’s branding, artist promotions, and various Fandom campaigns through innovative design and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
1. Visual Identity & Graphic Design
- Content Creation: Lead the design and direction of a diverse ecosystem of digital and print assets, ensuring every social media touchpoint (Instagram, X, Snapchat) and offline promotional material is tailored to Indian cultural sensibilities
- Brand Alignment: Serve as the guardian of HYBE’s global identity in India, ensuring that all regional creative outputs align with HQ’s global standards while pushing the boundaries of local relevance.
- Creative Vision & Direction: Develop and articulate a long-term visual roadmap for HYBE INDIA’s digital presence, moving beyond single posts to cohesive, multi-platform brand stories.
2. Multimedia Content Production (Photo & Video)
- Post-Production: Execute high-quality photo retouching and video editing, specifically focusing on short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts) to drive engagement.
- Motion Graphics: Direct the creation of advanced motion graphics and animated assets to elevate the visual sophistication of all digital campaigns.
3. Campaign Support & Asset Management
- Campaign Collaboration: Partner directly with the Marketing Lead to architect the visual concepts for the Pan-India Audition and flagship artist launches.
- Asset Archiving: Establish and manage sophisticated archiving systems for all raw and final creative assets to ensure seamless, high-level collaboration between India and global HQ.
Requirements
- Experience:10+ years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, and multimedia production. A proven track record in senior roles within the entertainment, music, or top-tier advertising sectors in India is essential.
- Technical Skills: * Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Profound expertise in color grading, advanced typography, and complex layout design.
- Portfolio (Mandatory): A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating a sophisticated mix of brand identity, high-production video, and motion graphics.
- Residency: Must be a current resident of Mumbai.
- Language: Business-level fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is a plus for localization accuracy.
- Operational Excellence: Experience in optimizing creative workflows and resource management to ensure high-volume output.
- Cultural Leadership: A deep-seated passion for Indian pop culture and the ability to bridge it with global entertainment trends to create a unique visual language.
- Task Performance: A strategic Case Study Assessment may be requested to evaluate high-level problem-solving and practical design leadership.
